    Well Julia this one just may be my fave weighted mobility. That overhead hold with squat is a killer. I find this move so challenging. ❤❤

    2 1/2 months ago I wouldn't have been able to get through this workout without tons of stopping and resting. I didn't have a bolster, so I used my workout bench for the pullovers. Keep them coming! Love it!

    now this is what im talking about! to be honest, im a bit apprehensive if i can do this, or even finish this workout, but again, owning every rep is such a healthy mental challenge in itself! Thanks a bunch Juia!

      good question! I would probably set it up as a strength training session :) you could also duplicate the strength setting an rename it weighted mobility 😊

    I love this but I always wonder what to do when I have nothing to replace what u place under your upper back for certain excercises!!
